6. Dispute Resolution Process under CRB Regulation, 2020

Regulation 29 (2)(f) provides consumers with a right to have their dispute referred to an ADR mechanism or a court of law in cases where they are not satisfied with the resolution process provided for in the law. It is against this background that CIS Kenya established Tatua Center, an ADR Center that handles CIS disputes.
